School Uniform
Boys : grey checks Shirt, Greyish Pant and white lined grey tie.
Girls : Grey checks shirt, Greyish Skirt and white lined grey tie.
Wednesday : Plain white Shirt and half Sleeves and plain white shorts
Wednesday : White Canvas Shoes and White socks with Red Line at the top.
All must wear black shoes and grey socks with White line at the top
(Only Greyish Colored Sweaters are allowed )
Absence and withdrawals
No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application from parents / guardians and that too for serious reasons which should be mentioned. The Headmistress should be informed at the earliest , if due to illness a student is likely to be absent for more than a week. Repeated absence for more than ten consecutive days renders the student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of a fresh admission fee.
Application for a leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parents/guardians. All dues to the school shall be settled before issuing the leaving certificate.
Parents Please Note
Parents / Guardians are requested to look into the school diary of their ward daily and see that the lessons and home work assigned for the next day are done, remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly.
If you observe that your ward is not assigned home work for some time or that he/ she is unable to follow the lesson. The Head-mistress should be contacted and not the class teachers.
Parents/Guardians should not visit the class rooms during the class hours. If you guardian wishing to meet the ward in the school should seek prior permission of the principal. Parents are allowed to meet the teachers only during the free time.
As the medium of instruction is this school is English children should be helped to follow their classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English conversation at home.
Fees Rules
School fees are to be paid termly
First installment – july first week.
Second installment – October first week
Third installment – January first week
Arrears of fees for three months shall render the name of the student liable to be struck off the roll.
The diary will have to be produced by each student at them time of payment of fees for entry of the fees paid.
Examination and promotions
1.Termly and unit tests are held during the year and reports are issued for the same.
2. Promotions shall entirely depend on the student's performance at these examination.
3.The pupil may not sit for the examination unless the fees have been paid up to date.
